These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the BuyerAgentFinder website and services ("Platform") provided by BuyerAgentFinder ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from accessing or using the Platform.
All buyer agents registered on BuyerAgentFinder are obligated to provide a complimentary 45-minute strategy session to all prospective clients
a) Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
b) User Accounts: To access certain features or services, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
a) Client Services: Our Platform provides a service to connect clients ("Clients") with registered Buyers Agents ("Agents") who can assist them in their property buying journey. Clients are not required to pay for our services.
b) Agent Subscriptions: Agents can subscribe to our platform by paying a subscription fee. This subscription allows Agents to receive and respond to client inquiries, access client contact information, and utilize other features as specified in their subscription plan.
a) Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information, acting in good faith when engaging with Agents, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
b) Agent Responsibilities: Agents must provide accurate and reliable information, deliver professional services to Clients, and comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards.
a) Ownership: The Platform and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, are the intellectual property of BuyerAgentFinder and its licensors. Users are prohibited from using, reproducing, modifying, or distributing any of the Platform's content without prior written consent.
b) License: By submitting any content to our Platform, you grant BuyerAgentFinder a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display the content for the purpose of providing and promoting the Platform's services.
a) Disclaimer: The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided on the Platform or the suitability of Agents for Clients' needs.
b) Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold BuyerAgentFinder harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of third parties.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information on the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.
